Should You Choose to Accept It, Part I is an Exotic Quest from the Season of the Seraph. It is the first in a series of four quests that reward the catalyst traits for the Revision Zero Exotic Pulse Rifle. It becomes available after finishing Week 4 of the More Than a Weapon quest.

Description
Return to the Archimedes Annex and download the cryptographic index.

Description
Locate the dead drop in the Perdition Lost Sector of Cadmus Ridge, and upload the cipher.

ENCRYPTED TRANSMISSION BEGINS // "Bar'den" is an Eliksni phrase. It means "forever unable to find the way." Use that key to unlock the dead drop.

- The terminal can be found to the left of the Lost Sector chest inside Perdition.
- The terminal will self-destruct after the player uploads the cipher, killing them instantly if they are standing near it.
5. Should You Choose to Accept It, Part I
Description
Launch "Operation: Seraph's Shield" on Legend difficulty and find the weapon schematic.

- The schematic can be found by interacting with a dead exo inside the Operation: Seraph's Shield mission on Legend difficulty. The dead exo is inside the microwave room in the Engineering Sector, right before the Operator augment first appears. After completing the puzzle, the exo can be found in the back of the room, leaning against the right wall.
6. Should You Choose to Accept It, Part I
Description
Complete "Operation: Seraph's Shield" on Legend difficulty to successfully obtain the catalyst.
