Strong against  Overload Champions. Additionally, Auto Rifles and Submachine Guns are always overcharged when that modifier is active.

Acquisition
Unlocked on tier 1 of the Ascendant Scepter Seasonal Artifact.
Usage
Unlocking this perk causes equipped Auto Rifles and Submachine Guns to cause disruption during sustained fire, stunning Overload Champions.
When the Overcharged Weapons modifier is active and this perk is unlocked, equipped Auto Rifles and Submachine Guns will be Overcharged, granting them a damage bonus.
