Elemental Orbs: Solar is an Artifact Perk.
Acquisition
Unlocked on tier 3 of the Acolyte's Staff Seasonal Artifact.
Usage
When this perk is unlocked and the player has an 
Solar subclass equipped, Solar weapon final blows will have a chance to spawn a Solar Elemental Orb. Solar Orbs will explode when picked up and thrown, damaging enemies and scorching them.
