Elemental Orbs: Arc is an Artifact Perk.
Acquisition
Unlocked on tier 3 of the Acolyte's Staff Seasonal Artifact.
Usage
When this perk is unlocked and the player has an 
Arc subclass equipped, Arc weapon final blows will have a chance to spawn a Arc Elemental Orb. Arc Orbs will explode when picked up and thrown, damaging enemies and jolting them.

- Fixed an issue where the jolt from Arc Elemental Orbs was applying to game objects.
