Counterbalance Mods
The bullet spread between each mod test seemed like it didn't have a huge difference. Without a mod, recoil drifted up and to the right. With one mod, the recoil seemed to be more focused vertically, but was spread more towards the top or end of the burst. With two mods, the recoil pattern seemed almost as if it was the mirror opposite of having no mods equipped. I want to say that the recoil of each shot looks and feels more vertical, but based on where the bullets hit, it looks like there was little to no difference with and without mods.
With one mod, It seems like the recoil of this weapon was controlled to be more vertical, as there's a sudden change in recoil direction well into the mag without a mod. However with 2 mods equipped, there isn't any real noticeable difference from having just one mod.
Similar scenario to the Antiope here. This weapon already has a pretty vertical recoil pattern (95 recoil direction stat), but the mod seems to make it a bit more vertical and drift more to the right rather than the left. With two mods, it seems like there are barely a difference from having a single mod equipped, if any.
Mida actually seems like it improved quite a bit from the mods. Without any, its recoil pattern went up and drifted pretty heavily to the right. With one mod, the recoil was far more controlled to be more vertical, and with two mods, recoil was almost entirely vertical. Mods seemed to have a good impact on this weapon and are worth using.
I honestly couldn't see any difference with or without mods with this weapon. The recoil pattern seemed pretty random, and without a mod it performed better than having one mod. With two mods, it seemed a bit more controlled, but overall not any noticeable difference.
This is another weapon that benefited pretty well from counterbalance mods. Without any, each burst seemed to consistently drift horizontally to the right. With one mod, the bursts were more focused vertically, but still had some spread. With two mods, each burst almost exactly followed each other and was almost entirely vertical, in one place. Mods seemed to work as intended here and offer good value here.
Very similar scenario here. Without any mods, each bursts recoil had a harsh drift to the right, with one, it was more vertically focused, and with two, recoil was almost entirely vertical and every burst followed each previous bursts place.
Phosphorus MG4 (600RPM):
Having mods on this weapon completely change the direction of the recoil pattern, from a left drift to a right drift. With a single mod recoil was a bit more vertical, and with two mods it seemed a bit more controlled and had a bit less climb, but no big changes other than the direction of the recoil.
Saw little to no difference with the counterbalance mods on this weapon. Recoil still drifted from left to right at times and lacked control, although with one mod it looked more vertical. This could be a fluke considering it has a somewhat worse pattern with two mods equipped though.
This weapon already has a very vertical recoil pattern, however with mods equipped I did notice that each group of 3 shots, or rather each burst seemed to be more controlled and vertical from bullet to bullet. I think that with the mods equipped, you can see that each group of 3 shots seems a bit more controlled than without any mods, firing mostly in a straight line rather than a triangle type pattern occasionally. Still not a massive difference in recoil pattern, but somewhat noticeable.
Very similar scenario to the Mida Multi Tool here. Originally has a pattern that moves vertically and drifts to the right, but with a mod equipped seems almost entirely vertical. With two mods equipped, there seems to be little to no improvement over having a single mod.
This weapon seemed to benefit from mods decently, better than Origin Story. Without a mod, recoil drifts up and to the left. With one mod, recoil seems more vertically focussed, but still experiences some drift to both the left and right. With two mods, recoil seems very well controlled to move mainly vertically, and has just some drift to the right.
