Competitive Division is the skill-based ranking system in Destiny 2's Competitive Crucible playlist. It replaced the previous Glory rank system, implementing a ladder structure that prioritizes player skill over grinding.

Overview

The Competitive Division system features seven main divisions, each containing three subdivisions. Players progress through divisions based on match performance, individual skill, and win/loss records. The system includes placement matches, promotion series, and rating decay for higher divisions.

Division Structure

The seven Competitive Divisions in ascending order:

Divisions and Subdivisions

  1. Copper (I, II, III)
  2. Bronze (I, II, III)
