Acquisition
Unlocked on tier 1 of the NPA Repulsion Regulator Seasonal Artifact.
Usage
Unlocking this perk causes equipped Hand Cannons to fire rounds that stun Unstoppable Champions after aiming down sights for several seconds.
When the Overcharged Weapons modifier is active and this perk is unlocked, equipped Hand Cannons will be overcharged, granting them a damage bonus.
