Tier 1 Weapon refers to a Legendary weapon in Destiny 2 that has been upgraded to the first level of the Masterwork progression system.

Overview

A Tier 1 Weapon represents the initial stage of masterwork enhancement. When a legendary weapon receives its first masterwork upgrade, it becomes a Tier 1 Weapon, beginning the journey toward full masterwork status at Tier 10.
