The Oracle Engine is a Legendary Quest.
This quest requires the Forsaken Pack to obtain. It can be purchased from Petra Venj in the Dreaming City. It grants access to The Oracle Engine Story Mission. It can only be purchased during Week 2 of the Dreaming City curse cycle, when the curse is growing stronger and Petra is located in the Divalian Mists. It is repeatable, and can be completed once per character in a given week. It expires at the next weekly reset.

- The mission can be started by interacting with an Awoken Techeun next to a cliff in the Divalian Mists. The cliff is in the north-east corner of the area, between the exits leading to the Spine of Keres and Rheasilvia.
