Acquisition
Unlocked on tier 1 of the NPA Repulsion Regulator Seasonal Artifact.
Usage
Unlocking this perk causes equipped Scout Rifles to fire rounds that disrupt Overload Champions, stunning them and preventing their health regeneration.
When the Overcharged Weapons modifier is active and this perk is unlocked, equipped Scout Rifles will be overcharged, granting them a damage bonus.
