Overload Hand Cannon is an Artifact Perk.
Acquisition
Unlocked on tier 1 of the Acolyte's Staff Seasonal Artifact.
Usage
Unlocking this perk causes equipped Hand Cannons to fire rounds that disrupt Overload Champions, stunning them and preventing their health regeneration.
When the Overcharged Weapons modifier is active and this perk is unlocked, equipped Hand Cannons will be overcharged, granting them a damage bonus.
