Acquisition
Unlocked on tier 1 of the Ascendant Scepter Seasonal Artifact.
Usage
Unlocking this perk causes equipped Combat Bows to cause disruption when firing fully drawn arrows, stunning Overload Champions.
When the Overcharged Weapons modifier is active and this perk is unlocked, equipped Bows will be Overcharged, granting them a damage bonus.
