MIDA Multi-Tool Catalyst is the Catalyst of MIDA Multi-Tool. It gives MIDA Multi-Tool the Outlaw perk.

Outlaw - Precision kills greatly decrease reload time.
Acquisition
This catalyst has a drop chance for wins at Glory Rank 3 Fabled (5% without Clan bonus, 10% with Clan bonus), an increased drop chance for wins at Glory Rank 4 Mythic (5% > 10% without Clan bonus, 10% > 30% with Clan bonus), and has a guaranteed drop for any win at Glory Rank 5 Legend.
Its upgrade is unlocked by getting 200 precision kills in the Crucible using MIDA Multi-Tool.
