K1 Communion is a Lost Sector in Anchor of Light.

Guide

Note: Champions spawn only in Legend and Master Lost Sectors.

Boss

Go down the stairs and jump to the door on your right. You will be attacked by Dregs, Marauders, and Vandals. To proceed, you will also have to eliminate a Barrier Servitor. Take care of the Shanks in the next room and drop to the level below where a bunch of Wretches await. Another Barrier Servitor will appear on the far end of the corner. Blast through the next wave of Vandals and keep your distance from the Overload Captain. Follow the path and you will find more Wretches and another Champion. You will come to a big room, clear out all the adds to spawn Nightmare of Rizaahn, the Lost.

At some points during the fight, Rizaahn will become immune. Defeat all Nightmare enemies to be able to damage the boss again. You will be swarmed with Exploding Shanks near the end of the fight.

The Journey — Pathfinder

There is a puzzle at the end of this Lost Sector, after the reward chest, it has to be solved for The Journey quest. The puzzle consists of 9 Hive runes in a 3x3 grid. Shooting a rune changes all runes in the same row and column to the next rune in sequence. There is one rune above the puzzle, it cannot be changed. The player has to change all runes in the grid to match the one above it. Solving the puzzle spawns a chest with a Path Fragment quest item.

The solution to Anchor of Light Path Fragment puzzle is:

1. Bottom left
2. Bottom right
3. Top middle
4. Top middle

The grid resets along with the Lost Sector, when all players in a fireteam leave it and then come back.

Reward

Clearing this Lost Sector solo on Legend or Master difficulty may reward the player with a piece of Exotic armor and Enhancement Cores.
