Games Memento Tracker is a Weapon Perk.
Acquisition
This perk is unlocked on Shaped Weapons that have a 
Games Memento slotted into them.
Usage
This perk tracks the number of opponents defeated in the Supremacy Crucible playlist during the Guardian Games event with any weapon that has a Games Memento slotted into it.
Toggling this perk on displays a kill counter on the weapon's tooltip and Details screen.
