Unlocked on tier 5 of the Acolyte's Staff Seasonal Artifact.
Usage
While this perk is unlocked, collecting an Orb of Power will grant 1 stack of Armor Charge that decays over time. Armor Charge stacks will grant bonus damage to thrown Tangles or Elemental Orbs.
