Black Fleet

The Black Fleet is the armada of Pyramid ships commanded by the Witness and used as the main military force of the Darkness.

Overview

The fleet is made up of large, tetrahedral Pyramid vessels imbued with the power of the Darkness. Its flagship is the Essence, and several of the Witness's Disciples, including Rhulk, Nezarec, and Calus, commanded their own Pyramids.

History

The Black Fleet carried out the Whirlwind that shattered the Eliksni homeworld of Riis, and the Collapse that nearly ended humanity during the Golden Age. Individual Pyramids began appearing across the system in Shadowkeep, and the fleet's campaign against the Light reached its conclusion in The Final Shape.
