Acquisition
Unlocked on tier 2 of the Ascendant Scepter Seasonal Artifact.
Usage
Unlocking this perk reduces the energy costs of all armor mods affecting Solar weapons to 1 energy.
This perk does not actually reduce the affected mods' energy costs directly, instead replacing them in the mod socket menu with copies that have 1 energy instead of the normal cost. Default copies of the mods that are equipped when the perk is unlocked will not be removed and will need to be replaced manually.
If the Seasonal Artifact is reset, this perk will no longer be active. The default mods will reappear in the socket menu, replacing their discounted versions. As a result, any discounted mods that were equipped will be disabled until the perk is unlocked again. The disabled mods can also be removed from their sockets and replaced.

Notes
- The Solar/Strand Dual Siphon mod, added by the Multi-Siphon Mods perk, does not have its energy cost reduced by this perk, even if the Authorized Mods: Strand perk is also unlocked.
