Usage
Unlocking this perk grants access to the Solar/Strand Dual Siphon and Void/Strand Dual Siphon Helmet Armor Mods. These mods combine the functionality of the Solar Siphon and Void Siphon mods, respectively, with the Strand Siphon mod.
