Void Weapon Channeling is an Artifact Perk.
Acquisition
Unlocked on tier 5 of the Ascendant Scepter Seasonal Artifact.
Usage
After this perk is unlocked, the player will gain a temporary bonus to 
Void weapon damage after defeating a target with a Void weapon while at least one of their Void abilities is charged. This damage bonus will increase based on the number of fully charged Void abilities that the player has.
