Ensemble - Improved handling and reload speed when allies are nearby.
Acquisition
This item can be found randomly when winning matches in the Crucible. This seems to include all game modes and playlists (confirmed with Mayhem).
Its upgrade is unlocked by defeating 250 Guardians in the Crucible using Vigilance Wing and earning 5 Blood for Blood medals by defeating opponents who just defeated an ally.
