Acquisition
Unlocked on tier 3 of the NPA Repulsion Regulator Seasonal Artifact.
Usage
Unlocking this perk will spawn a Void Breach if the player defeats a target affected by a 
Void debuff (Suppression, Volatile, or Weaken) while they have a Void subclass equipped.
