Guide
This area is located in the upper right portion of Outskirts, right before the canyon that least to Trostland. Make sure to drop down, and you should see the cave. Head on inside and keep dropping deeper into the complex till you reach Scavenger's Den. Eliminate Dregs waiting on the outpost, and keep moving so Vandals don't get a good angle on you. Since this sector is sectioned off by Fallen barriers, you must defeat a Voltaic Guard captain to disable them. They are located right next to it, along with some Shanks. After it is disabled, head on through the doors on the right. Blast through another wave of ads to bring down the next barrier. Head into the cavern and disable lasers by shooting them. You will come to an open area with a few Marauders, led by Graxus, Blind. The place will be swarming, so if you are overwhelmed, it's best to proceed carefully. Since the boss will constantly teleport, it makes sense to focus on the ads first. Be constantly on the move and activate Super when Graxus gets weak for a quick win. The chest will wait for you at the top of the stairs.
