Ruinous Effigy Catalyst is the Catalyst of Ruinous Effigy. It gives the Ruinous Effigy the Deconstruction perk.

Perks
Deconstruction — This weapon deals increased damage against targets damaged by Transmutation spheres.
Acquisition
This item can be found by defeating enemies with Transmutation spheres.
Its upgrade is unlocked by defeating 700 enemies with either this weapon or its Transmutation spheres. Using Ruinous Effigy to destroy Eyes of Savathûn in the Season of Arrivals would also give progress.
