Acquisition
Unlocked on tier 1 of the Acolyte's Staff Seasonal Artifact.
Usage
Unlocking this perk causes equipped Combat Bows to fire shield-piercing arrows that can stun Barrier Champions and shoot through certain enemy barriers.
When the Overcharged Weapons modifier is active and this perk is unlocked, equipped Combat Bows will be overcharged, granting them a damage bonus.
