This item can be bought from Ada-1 for an Obsidian Accelerator.
Usage
This item can be socketed into the Radiance slot on a Black Armory weapon. The weapon receives a phased visual effect and its damage output increases by 5% while in Forge Ignitions.
Restoring the weapon's base radiance destroys the Obsidian Radiance applied to it.
