Reloading discards any ammo left in the magazine
Analysis
Drop Mag is uniquely positioned as a Magazine Perk with power similar to a full weapon perk. Drop Mag has the same Reload Duration Scalar as Outlaw at 0.9. On weapons with high base Reload Speed stat values (>=70) the two perks are functionally identical.
