Acquisition
Unlocked on tier 4 of the Ascendant Scepter Seasonal Artifact.
Usage
After this perk is unlocked, defeating a powerful enemy (i.e. stronger than rank-and-file/minor enemies) with a 
Void weapon will have a chance to generate 
Heavy ammo for the player and their teammates.
