Swift Strike was a Dawnblade melee ability, replaced with Celestial Fire in Season of Dawn.
Palm will additionally inflict a 2.5 second burn, disabling the target's health regeneration for the duration. The user's reload speed and movement speed is increased for 15 seconds.
