Speak To Failsafe is the 1st mission for The Exodus Black World Quest.

Preparation
Regular open-Sector Fallen and Vex enemies will be encountered. Equip your preferred loadout.
Walkthrough
Access the flag in Failsafe's chamber. Then, go outside and deal with the Fallen waiting for you there. Expect some Shanks, Dregs, and Vandals.
Proceed to follow your objective marker until you encounter a dead crew member, still in his space suit. Interact with him and move on to find four audio logs.
In order to find the next crew member, follow the waypoint marked as "3" on the map. He is a bit above ground level, near the shallow lake in Exodus Black. Then, move on to the next objective marker. Keep in mind that you'll be traversing an open sector, so Public Events and clusters of Fallen will be present.
The next signal will lead you to a couple of dead crew members, who can be found on top of a plateau overlooking a Fallen base near the eastern end of the sector. Use your double jump to reach and scan them. This will end the current mission and begin the next one.
