Unlocked on tier 4 of the Ascendant Scepter Seasonal Artifact.
Usage
After this perk is unlocked, weapons with the Noble Deeds, Nanotech Tracer Rockets, Tex Balanced Stock, and Ambush Origin Traits will be considered Overcharged when the Overcharged Weapons modifier is active, granting them a damage bonus.
