Medallion Case is a Legendary Quest item. It is given to the player by Eva Levante during the Best in Class quest. It allows them to keep track of their Medallions during the Guardian Games event. Medallions can be deposited at the Guardian Games podium in the Tower to obtain rewards.

Description
Displays proof of your prestigious exploits during the Guardian Games.
Earn Medallions by completing activities with your class item equipped and completing Eva's Contender and Platinum Cards.
Activities with special Guardian Games matchmaking will grant an extra Bronze Medal on activity completion.
