Unlocked on tier 4 of the Ascendant Scepter Seasonal Artifact.
Usage
After this perk is unlocked, Firebolt Grenades will apply more Scorch stacks. Damaging a combatant with a Firebolt Grenade will also spawn a Firesprite near them.
