Elite Soldier
Power weapons and Kinetic weapons deal more damage and reload faster. Your Super charges slower.
Elite Soldier is a Modifier exclusive to Heroic Adventures.
While Elite Soldier is in effect, Kinetic Weapons and Power Weapons benefit from greatly augmented damage output and Reload Speed. In exchange, Super ability charge rate is reduced below normal levels.
Notes
While Energy Weapons do not benefit from the damage and reload speed buffs that other weapon types receive, their 3x damage multiplier against shields keeps them from becoming obsolete while the Elite Soldier modifier is active. Due to the intrinsic juggler mechanic (holding a Kinetic Weapon causes Energy ammo to drop while holding an Energy Weapon causes Kinetic ammo to drop), Energy Weapons are also useful for generating Kinetic ammo in scenarios in which the player is unable or unwilling to switch to a Power Weapon to generate Kinetic ammo.
