- The reload speed buff granted by Chains of Woe lasts for 10 seconds (the buff is removed at the end of the 0th second of a 9-second countdown) and stacks up to 3 times, resetting to full duration on each precision kill.
- The properties of this perk has transferred over to the On Your Mark aspect.
