Usage
Unlocking this perk grants access to the Arc/Strand Siphon Combo Helmet Armor Mod. This mod combines the functionality of the Arc Siphon and Strand Siphon mods.
Notes
- This perk has the same functionality, and a slightly different icon, as the Technicolor Siphon perk from the NPA Repulsion Regulator Artifact in the Season of the Deep.
