Styx is one of the weekly Missions introduced in the Season of the Splicer. To unlock it, you will need to start Path of the Splicer IV quest.

Mission Walkthrough

Head toward the waypoint, hack the door and jump into the Vex domain. Continue sliding down and moving through the maze till you breach the Nexus. Activate the green symbol and shoot the crystal on the other side to get the Authentication Key. Taking it will trigger Vex attack, but just ignore them and deposit the key into a nearby device to unlock the path forward. Make sure to also go through the white transparent boxes, which will keep your key from expiring. Now you will repeat the process, heading on your left and avoiding Vex lasers and enemies till you get to the boss room.

However, you can't start the fight right away since he is still shielded. Instead, clear out the nearby Goblins and go through the doors on the left. You will be attacked by Hydras, Barrier Hobgoblin, and Quantum Harpies, so clear them out and take the next key. Drop down to the bouncing platform and go back to the boss room to deposit it. Now, go through the room on your right, but make sure to avoid the fans. The next key will be heavily guarded by Quantum Cyclops, so you might use Super to get by as you need to clear everyone out before the barrier is dropped. Take it back to fully drop the shield and trigger the fight with Dikast, Oppressive Mind.

Immediately blast him with a few rockets and keep shooting until he is at half HP. This is when Dikast will summon laser defenses around the arena and you will have to deposit another key to nullify it. If you are having trouble with this fight, you can use the pillars right across the Dikast for some cover
