Additional Information
- The damage bonus granted by this perk activates when the target is at or below 30% of its maximum health.
- The damage bonus scales linearly at a rate of +1% for each percentage of health the target has lost.
- This means that a target that has 25% of its health remaining will take 5% additional damage.
- Similarly, a target that has 10% of its health remaining will take 20% additional damage.
