Postmaster

The Postmaster is an office that holds all loot that has not been collected during activities. Up to 21 items can be collected by the Postmaster, including inventory items and gear. Approaching the Postmaster will access their inventory, where items can be dismantled for materials or directly acquired into the player inventory.
