Description
Micah's Conduit is a piece of machinery that has been "hastily, but cleverly, rigged for communications." The terminal flickers to life when approached by Guardians and serves as the primary interface for communicating with Micah-10, who cannot physically be present at the location.
Function
The terminal serves multiple important functions:
- Communications Relay: Acts as a direct communications link to Micah-10
- Telemetry Collection: Collates telemetry data from the Pale Heart
- Ghost Tracking: Tracks lost Ghosts throughout the system
- Quest Distribution: Provides various quests related to finding and saving lost Ghosts
Quest Involvement
Micah's Conduit is central to several quest lines in The Final Shape:
Alone in the Dark
The terminal provides the "Alone in the Dark" quest series, which involves finding lost Ghosts who returned to help the Traveler but were affected by The Witness's infection. Completing all eleven missions rewards the First Knife exotic ship.
Convalescence Quests
The terminal also offers the Convalescence quest series:
- Convalescence: Rootbound
- Convalescence: Underbrush
- Convalescence: Greenery
- Convalescence: Budding
Completing this quest series ultimately rewards the Microcosm Exotic Trace Rifle.

Micah's Conduit can be found at the Vanguard table in The Lost City area of The Pale Heart. Players must complete The Final Shape campaign before they can access this vendor terminal.
Lore
Through this terminal, Micah-10 explains her mission to find and save unpartnered Ghosts who came to the Traveler's aid. These Ghosts, lacking Guardians of their own, were particularly vulnerable to the Witness's corruption and became lost within the Pale Heart.
