Fusion Harness is an Armor Perk.
Fusion Grenade gains an extra charge, and Fusion Grenade kills restore 100% class ability energy. Restore 24% grenade energy when dealing empowered weapon damage from Empowering Rift/Well of Radiance (0.5s cooldown).
Notes
- Damage against Immune counts for triggering the perk.
- Empowered weapon damage does not include weapon perks.
