Chamber of Starlight is a Lost Sector in Rheasilvia.
Guide
After landing in Divalian Mists, summon a sparrow and head left. Take a right turn, head up the hill and into the narrow cave. When you reach Rheasilvia head to the cliff that's furthest on the right. From there, jump across the chasm to the platform on the other side and you will enter into the lost sector. Go through the cave complex and you will reach The Chamber of Starlight. Ignore the enemies by hugging the left side and go through the nearby doorway. You will be swarmed by Taken Acolytes, so just clear them out. Inkasi, Disciple of Quria will wait for you on the right side of the room. Go to the pink platform behind her and blast her with everything you got. Sleeper Simulant will help you quickly eliminate her.
