Description	A mod with arbitrarily generated upgrades.

Random Mod is a placeholder which is used in item previews (e.g. when inspecting shop items) to indicate that the mod in a particular slot will be chosen randomly from the set of all valid mods based on the item type (e.g. Ships can get random Transmat Effects while Ghost Shells can get random Ghost Modules or Ghost Stat Trackers).
