Outbreak Perfected Catalyst is the Catalyst of Outbreak Perfected. It gives Outbreak Perfected the Disease Vector perk.
Perks
Disease Vector — Increases nanite damage. Enemies that die with nanites attached to them generate additional nanites.
Acquisition
This item is obtained by completing the Heroic version of the Zero Hour mission.
Its upgrade is unlocked by defeating 500 enemies with precision final blows using Outbreak Perfected and gathering SIVA Particulate from Heroic Zero Hour. It takes five clears of the mission (one each week) to complete the SIVA Particulate objective.
