Acquisition
This item is given for free by Brother Vance once the player obtains the Telesto Catalyst and completes all of the Lost Prophecies.
Usage
The Gift can be submitted at the Infinite Forge in the Lighthouse on Mercury to unlock Telesto Catalyst's upgrade.
