This IP address is creating pages of gibberish.

The reason these pages of gibberish are not good is that people might get turned off this wiki if they stumble upon these pages using the Random page link rather than a proper wiki page. If you see this IP address making an edit, replace whatever it puts down with

 #REDIRECT [[Special:Random]]

 {{Delete}}

This does two things. 1) By making the page redirect to Special:Random, it makes it so that, if someone would normally land on this page by clicking Random page, they instead land on some other page. 2) The Delete template puts the page into the Candidates for deletion category, making it clear that the page is not considered to be part of the wiki proper.

Another thing: If you're viewing Recent changes, you can click "Hide anonymous users" to conceal contributions by IP addresses, including this one, so it's easier to see the changes of substance.
