Daito

Daito is a secondary Foundry from Destiny which appears in Destiny 2. It is the only secondary foundry to be mentioned by name on a non-Exotic weapon.

Standard weapons from Daito have a particular naming convention: [Word]-[Weapon Designation][Number] (examples: Aachen-LR2, Cydonia-AR1). Additionally, their descriptions usually consist of a series of two- to three-word phases strung together (e.g. "Taut sails. Wide rivers. Battered towers. Watch the seas." for Damietta-LR2).
