Base Power Level

A character's Base Power Level is the average of the highest-level equipment that character can equip in each slot. This includes equipment that is currently in that character's inventory as well as gear in the vault and weapons carried by the player's other characters. Note that armor is class-specific and is not counted.
- Weapon and Armor Mods are not counted toward this total.
