Echo Mesa is a patrol zone on Io. It is the last place the Traveler sought to terraform, and holds an abundance of the Traveler's energy. It is considered a sacred site for Guardians.

Overview
The Traveler, after having visited many planets to make them suitable for human life, it came to Jupiter and settled on the moon of Io, where it began the process of infusing the moon with its energy to do the same there, while also constructing the Cradle. However, with the arrival of the Darkness, it left the moon mostly inhospitable, and fled to Earth.

The Guardians used to make pilgrimages to Io as a sacred site, until the Red War brought the Red Legion to the moon. This led to several other species coming, such as the Taken and the Cabal, both trying to steal the Traveler's energies.
The arcologies on Titan were set up to study the life forms that lived within the methane sea on the moon. It was a thriving part of society, with a focus on science and understanding life on Titan, but due to the collapse, they were cut short.

The Darkness caused a great tidal wave, damaging and destroying many of the arcologies on the moon. While people were attempting to escape, the Collapse began, and stopped most people from being able to escape.

During the Red War, Commander Zavala and other Guardians used the New Pacific Arcology as a base, but were overrun by Hive, and unable to defeat them due to being unable to access the Light. The Cosmodrome is a destination originally introduced in Destiny, and returned in Beyond Light. It is inhabited by the Fallen and the Hive.

Overview
Before the Collapse, the Cosmodrome was run by the Russian Federal Bureau of Aeronautics, and was an important location to space travel and maintaining contact with the colonies during the Golden Age. Now, the remains of old ships can still be seen on the launchpad. The area has now become overrun with Fallen and Hive since the SIVA crisis.

The Cosmodrome is the starting area for new players, and the majority of the New Light campaign takes place on this destination.

There are two landing zones in the Cosmodrome. One of them is located in the Steppes, right by the location's only vendor, Shaw Han. The other landing zone is at the north of the map, in the Skywatch. The Mothyards area is located between them, and the Forgotten Shore can be reached from the Skywatch.

Cosmodrome's resource are Spinmetal Leaves, they can be harvested from red canisters they grow on.
A cave in Skywatch contains a charred pile which says "A million deaths are not enough for Master Rahool" if disturbed by the player. This is carried over from the first game, where this place was known as the "Loot Cave" because of high enemy spawn rate, which allowed players to farm Engrams endlessly. This exploit was patched, and the pile of remains along with the message were added as an easter egg.

Harbinger is an activity introduced as part of the Bird of Prey mission during Season of the Hunt which allows players to obtain a re-rolled Hawkmoon as well as obtain its Catalyst.

Overview
In order to access Harbinger, players must first obtain Hawkmoon. Players will head to Trostland in EDZ and complete various steps in order to obtain various rewards, including random rolled Hawkmoons, the Hawkmoon Catalyst, Feather of Light and Triumph rewards for completing challenges.

Once players have obtained Hawkmoon, they can head to Trostland and head to a partially destroyed building past the church. Inside, players will find a fireplace that they must shoot with Hawkmoon to reveal a hidden passage. Moving through, players can activate the mission inside, then follow a path to the outside.

Guide
Platforming
Players will look for the Taken Hobgoblin firing at them and take it out. They can then jump to where it was standing. From there, players are looking for a platform covered in moss to jump to lower down on the wall.

Further down, players can jump to a fallen tree, then to the dam. Players will have to complete a jumping puzzle across the dam to a slope they can climb up. Climb up the wall and jump to the platform.

Players can then move across the platform and leap into a hole. Inside this pathway, players can move along to a room with the Emissaries in it. Each Emissary has a shield of a different element, so bringing a weapon that can break each shield is recommended.

Emissaries
During the fight, whichever Emissary players are fighting will flee when it reaches half health. It will flee down a corridor and erect a barrier, which players must destroy to follow the Emissary to finish it off. Repeat this step for the remaining two Emissaries. Following this, a section of the dam will open.

After defeating the final Emissary, a gold hawk will appear that players must follow. Taken orb will spawn that must be used to destroy Taken Blight blocking the door. Once the door is destroyed, they will move into an arena.

Arena
Within the arena, players will be pitted against several Taken, in waves, starting with Thralls and Wizards, then Centurians, Vandals and Unstoppable Champions, then a wave comprising all these enemies and two Taken Captains. Players will need to break shields again in this fight. Unlike other fights in this mission, players need to survive the entire encounter without dying.

Once the Emissaries are defeated, players can follow the hawk to another platforming section, which is the same from the original Hawkmoon quest. Players must move through this section and reach the Shard of the Traveler. This area is where players will fight the boss of the quest.

Boss
The boss, Akorith, Lightdrinker of Savathun will spawn various waves of enemies throughout the fight. When the boss has reached roughly 65% HP, it will escape and send enemies after players. The enemies that spawn are quite strong, so taking cover near the entrance to the area is a good idea. After the enemies are defeated, the boss will return, and the fight will resume and repeat until the boss is defeated.

Rewards
After defeating the boss, players will earn the Hawkmoon Catalyst and a Hawkmoon with randomized stats, as well as Paracausal Feathers.

Paracausal Feathers
If players have picked up the Bird of Prey quest, then throughout the Emissary section and the second platforming section, players will be able to find five Paracausal Feathers in different locations based on a weekly rotation. Once players obtain 100 feathers, they can be traded to the hawk for the Radiant Accipiter ship.

| Description = A cautionary tale for adventurers willing to trade their humanity for riches.
}}Grasp of Avarice is the fourth dungeon added to the game as part of Bungie's 30th Anniversary. Players can enter in and complete the dungeon to obtain gear, armor and cosmetics from past Bungie titles.
2

Overview
Players will enter the original loot cave from Destiny in the Cosmodrome. From there, they will clear enemies and solve mechanics and puzzles while avoiding traps, leading to challenging boss fights and rewards from previous Bungie titles.

Guide
Players will start by moving to the mouth of the cave and taking out the enemies that spawn there. When enemies are defeated, they drop items similar to Exotic Engrams, however these inflict a debuff called Burdened by Riches that lasts for 30 seconds and the stack is refreshed every time an Engram is picked up. If the buff times out, the player dies.

In order to handle this mechanic, players must collect the Engrams and move to the white crystal in the back of the cave. This crystal will drain the buff from players and grow based on how many stacks of Burdened by Riches the player has. Once the crystal has collected enough stacks of the debuff, the ground beneath it will collapse, opening a hole in the ground and the entryway to the dungeon.

moving through the hole will lead players to an area with a few doors. The two doors on the right both have traps tied to them. Opening the door closest to the right will kill players with spikes, while the other has a pressure plate in front of it that will kill players as well. In order to move past this, simply jump over the plate. Hit the switch in the room to open the large door and head back out, avoiding the plate again. Be sure not to also flip the switch on the other end of the room, as that will also kill players.

Moving through the entrance with the arrows, players need to be careful not to stand on platforms for too long as they will eventually collapse. Players should move to the platform to the right of the entrance and let it collapse, revealing a secret room below. Pull the lever in this room and return to the room with the trap doors.

From here, players will see the roof has now opened up, so players need to jump up the fixtures on the walls to reach the opening. Once up top, players will see six pipes in front of them. Enter into the third pipe from the right, and players will come to a pressure pad to open the grate above them. Open it and jump through.

Players will move along the path until they reach another switch. there is also a diagram on the wall that showsif the doors are open or closed. Press the switch and continue forward, repeating until they've opened all the doors and pressed all the switches. Upon reaching the switch room on the left, players will also have to hit a switch that is higher up. This will open another door to the side. The rooms are dark, so players need to be careful.

Moving back to where the first switch and the newly opened door is, defeat the enemies and activate the switch in there to open another door. Moving through it, there will be two doors in front of players. Move through the door straight ahead, ignoring the door to the left, as it is also trapped and will kill players.

Moving through the door and jumping down the pipe, move towards the door marked one. Activate the switch that opens the third door, defeat the enemies inside, and activate the switch. This will open door one, revealing more enemies. Defeat them and use the switch to unlock door two. Inside here is the Scorch Cannon. This will be used to shoot a target within door four, so pick it up and bring it along. Use it to fire at the center cylinder on the box next to door 4 three times. Once the device is charged, the door will open and a barricade will drop. Moving through the door, players will need to move off the staircase to avoid getting hit by falling barrels. Destroy the vent and move to the first boss encounter.

Phry'zhia The Insatiable:

The boss will initially have a shield up, and players need to lower it to defeat it. Kill the Scorch Cannon Vandal to pick up its cannon and use it to activate the door on the right. Defeat the enemies and pick up their Engrams and carry the debuff to the crystal in the front of the room. Do the same on the opposite side and repeat the process. Once both crystals are grown the boss's shield will drop. The boss hits hard so dodge its attacks behind the crystal and take the boss out. If it isn't beaten fast enough, its shield will go back up, requiring players to repeat the process. After it's defeated, move back through the door and head left.

Players will reach a door that leads outside. Pull the left switch (the right is a trap) and mount the Sparrow. On the other side of the area, there is a mine that takes roughly 15 seconds to detonate. Players can increase this time by hitting switches on the way, but it's recommended to just head straight to the mines. Players need to reach it and diffuse it by standing in its zone. Repeat this for the other three mines remaining. If the mines go off, players will die.

After this section, players will move to the next area and need to use the Scorch Cannon from the Scorch Cannon Vandal to activate the platforms with cannons on them. Players are looking for platforms with enemies to defeat so they can collect more Engrams to take the Burdened with Riches debuff to a crystal in the center of the room. Doing this breaks the Servitors shield, making it vulnerable to damage. Defeat the Servitor.

Once defeated, the Servitor will transform into a cannonball that players need to push to the cannon on the platform, taking care not to knock it off the edge. Once the cannonball is loaded, turn the cannon to face the large balloon in the room and use the Scorch Cannon to activate the cannon. This will remove a quarter of the health of the Fallen Shield. Repeat this until the shield is broken, then ride the cannon in the center of the room to the last boss.

Captain Avarokk the Covetous:

In the boss's room there are four platforms: The ship in the center and three platforms around it with enemies and chests. The boss stays in the center, and players need to move to the outer platforms and defeat the enemies. Defeat the R-M80 and the Vandal Grisparax first, then take its Engrams to the crystal in the center of the room. A Scorch Vandal will spawn. Defeat it and take its Scorch Cannon. Players should stand on the platforms under the chests, and the player holding the cannon should shoot the power supplies on the rigging of the arena until they are charged. This will activate mechanisms that open the chests, which are full of Engrams. There are about 30 total, so collect these and take them to the crystal while avoiding the boss's attacks. Players will repeat this step until the crystal is fully grown. After this, the boss's shield will drop and it will warp to the back of the room, where it is now vulnerable to attack. If players don't defeat it fast enough, they will have to repeat the steps above again.

Once the boss is defeated, the large chest in the back will open, and players can collect the loot inside.

Master:

Grip of Avarice has a Master difficulty, which requires a higher power level, adds modifiers and disables matchmaking. The boss drops armor with the Artifice intrinsic trait, as well as the Thorn armor.

Note: Currently, the dungeon does NOT drop additional loot on subsequent clears. This is a confirmed bug and should be fixed soon.

| Description = Become a contestant in the Dares of Eternity and compete in challenges from across the paraverse.
}}Dares of Eternity is a six player offensive added as part of the Bungie 30th Anniversary update. Similar to other seasonal activities, players will move through various encounters as dictated by the Wheel of Adversity leading to a boss fight. Players are able to obtain various rewards and weapons based on Bungie's history of games.
2

Overview
Players take a portal to the Eternal Valley to clear out Taken. Once the Valley is cleared out, the Wheel of Adversity spawns, allowing players to spin the wheel in a gameshow-like selection to determine which enemy faction the fireteam will face in the coming rounds and determine the objectives.

Encounters
The first encounter has two phases. In the first half of the encounter, the fireteam will destroy oncoming waves of enemies. BarrierBarrier, OverloadOverload and UnstoppableUnstoppable Champions spawn here, so players should bring Mods to handle these enemies. In the second phase, the objective will change based on what faction players selected. Regardless of who is being faced, the objectives generally all work the same: defeat marked enemies and pick up what they drop to take out an enemies shield.

For the Taken, players will need to defeat the marked enemies and use the Paracasual Energy to defeat the Taken Blight.

The Vex requires players to defeat Gatekeepers by breaking their shields with the Void Craniums picked up from killing Headbearers.

When fighting against the Hive, players will need to destroy the crystals around the arena. Defeat the enemies to gain the Ruinous Resonance buff and break the crystals.

The Cabal requires players to defeat Commanders by breaking their shields. To do this, players need to defeat the Bombtenders and use the Dare Cores that spawn on their shields.

For the Fallen, the fireteam must capture points around the map to diffuse bombs. If players manage to capture all the points and diffuse all the bombs, they will be rewarded with extra treasure chests.

Once the encounter has been cleared, the fireteam will move through a set of obstacles, one of which requires players to use a launcher to make it through a rotating symbol. If players miss the jump they can also run through a cave with more difficult obstacles to move through, or run back to the launcher and try again. Upon entering The Vault, players will spin the Wheel again.

The second encounter works much like the same, eliminate the enemies that spawn, then, based on what the Wheel of Adversity landed on, players will defeat marked enemies, pick up the object they drop and break the shield of the invincible enemy. Defeating this enemy will end the second encounter.

After The encounters, Xur gets players to guess who the final boss will be by standing next to the door they believe is correct. If players guess correctly, they receive the buff Starhorse's Favor, giving them a temporary boost to their ability recovery, as well as a crown. If they guess incorrectly, they are debuffed with Starhorse's Penalty, slowing down their ability recovery time. Once the door opens, the fireteam can move through a small obstacle course to the final encounter.

Depending on what door opens, players will face one of three bosses. Going through the Hive door pits the team against two Crota clones that can only be damaged by the Hive cleavers that drop from the elites that spawn around the room.

Going through the Cabal door pits players against a Cabal Champion, Valus Ta'aurc. From time to time players will have to defeat the twelve ads called Siegebringers to remove the boss's invincibility. Players will also need to destroy the boss's shield by taking out the Thresher and using its core on the generator.

Going through the Vex door will take players to a boss fight with Zydron. Zydron will become invulnerable to damage until players defeat the two Keybearers that will spawn in. The boss will also periodically activate Detainment Protocols, causing the walls to move and damage players who they touch, as well as trap players in containment fields. Players simply need to attack the walls to break them.

Once the boss is defeated, players will have completed the challenge and a chest will spawn.

Lightning Round:

Occasionally, Xur will start a lightning round after the boss is defeated. It will launch a random encounter that functions the same way as the second phase from the encounters prior to this. Completing this within the time limit will reward players with three more treasure chests.

Players will earn pieces of gear,as well as Strange Favor, Strange Coins and a Treasure Key. The treasure Key unlocks the chest next to Xur to give players weapons and armor from the 30th Anniversary event, and Strange Favor unlocks other various rewards from Xur. Strange Coins can be traded to Starhorse for various buffs and rewards for use in the Dares of Eternity.

The Shattered Realm was introduced in season fifteen "Season of the Lost". It features weekly missions that have players entering into the Shattered Realm to finish one of three missions to explore and uncover the realm's secrets. Completing one of the missions is critical to completing the Wayfinder's Voyage storyline. It doesn't matter which one is completed to proceed, just as long as one is completed to move through the story to the next step.

Objectives
Players will be able to enter into the Shattered Realm and use abilities unlocked each week to explore deeper into each realm and uncover secrets and collectables, each of which unlock Seasonal Challenges and Triumphs, as well as titles. Players will complete a dungeon with three Beacons and a boss at the end of each dungeon. Each dungeon has a Legend difficulty as well.

In order to be able to uncover all of the secrets inside the Shattered Realm, players will need to unlock a few things:
* Complete the Wayfinder's Voyage storyline up to the Shattered Realm quests.
* Unlock the Ager's Scepter Exotic Catalyst from Astral Alignment, which allows players to destroy boulders blocking the path to secrets further in.

The Shattered Realms quests rotate on a weekly basis at the weekly reset between three different missions: the Ruins of Wrath, the Forest of Echoes, and the Debris of Dreams. The quests rotate in a set order, as mentioned above, starting with the Ruins of Wrath. The quests will be available until February 2022.

Ruins of Wrath
This realm has Barrier and Unstoppable Champions, as well as a jumping section with a Slow field. Players should be at least 1300 Power to take on this mission.

Objectives
* Align the Beacons: Players will need to activate three Beacons. the first is near where players spawn. Following the platforms downwards, activating the Beacon will cause enemies to spawn.

Several Hive ships will spawn, dropping Acolytes and Knights, as well as Wizard Majors, Ogres and finally an Unstoppable Ogre. Take out the enemies to close the Hive portal, then head through the portal ahead.

From the portal, players will be able to see floating platforms surrounded by a Slow Field. Players will have to time their jumps carefully or have at least an 80 in Mobility. While doing this, players will also have to dodge Void ships firing at them from time to time. After this, players will reach the second Beacon, which will open a rift with enemies in waves similar to the first Beacon. The final wave spawns a Barrier Knight, so a high-power weapon or an anti-Barrier weapon is recommended.

After the second Beacon, players can move towards the north of the map to more platforms to a Dreadnaught ship. the first room of the ship has several Hive enemies and an Ogre Major. Dispatch the enemies and interact with the third Beacon, and the boss will spawn:

Defeat An Xohol, Jaws of Xivu Arath
An Xohol, Jaws of Xivu Arath is vulnerable to attacks until a Wizard Major spawns, at which point it will become completely invulnerable to attack. Attack the boss until it reaches about 80% health. At this point a Ritualist of Xivu Arath Wizard will spawn. Defeat it and it will spawn an aura that applies a Wrathful buff for five seconds that allows players to destroy the bosses shield. After this, the fight repeats until the boss is defeated. Afterwards, interact with the crystal to rescue the Techeun, giving you the Safe Passage ability, which allows players to resist the effects of the Slow field for 10 seconds and unlock a row of the Compass' Upgrades.

Forest of Echoes
This mission has three different shield varieties in it, so being able to break all three is necessary for the team. Bringing an Arbalest is recommended. Most of the encounters are also long-distance, so bringing rifles is also recommended.

Objectives
* Align the Beacons: Players will follow the path downwards and see a patrol of Taken near a church. Defeat the Taken and enter the church. There is a barrier that inflicts Slow around it, so it is recommended to kill the enemies inside from a distance. After entering the church, interact with the Beacon to spawn waves of enemies. Multiple waves of Thrall, Wizards, Knights and an Unstoppable Phalanx will spawn. After defeating them, head out of the church and move across the map to find the second Beacon.

Heading back along the path to the large dead tree, head to the south across the platforms and towards a building, defeating the Taken along the way. Heading to the left, follow the path to the next Beacon. Activate it and defeat the waves of enemies that spawn. Afterwards, activate the Beacon and head back the path.

Move back to the platforms and move through a portal just past the ruins of the building. This will take players to the final Beacon. Activating this will begin the final defense section.

Subdue the Techeun
This boss spawns with a horde of Taken. The Techeun will use a repulsing scream that throws players across the map. To counter this, once a gravity circle appears under a player, they should slide to counter the momentum of the attack. Fight the boss until it's around 75%, at which point the boss will summon Hoarfrost Executioners that will make the boss invulnerable to all damage. Players need to defeat the executioners to remove the boss's immunity to damage. The executioners will try to freeze players while the boss uses its repulsion scream at the same time, so be aware of being frozen. Repeat these phases until the boss is defeated. On the first clear, players will unlock the ability to breach barriers to complete the Ley Line Rumors seasonal challenge.

Debris of Dreams
Similar to the Ruins of Wrath, players will move through the area activating Beacons and defeating a boss to rescue a Techeun. Players should bring an Arbalest, as it is great for destroying shields on this mission.

Objectives
* Align the Beacons: For the first Beacon, move towards the island and take out the Scorn there. After this, head left to a Fallen structure and cross the gap to it, reaching an island. On the island is a building that houses the Beacon. Interacting it will start the first wave of enemies. The enemies will spawn from all around, so AoE skills and weapons will make quick work of them. In the last wave, an Overlord Chieftain will spawn. Destroy its shield and defeat it to end the wave. Use the Barrier Breach ability and move outside, giving players a clear path to the central island.

Back at the central island, follow the lights into a cave to the south. Following the cave path leads to a Fallen base and the next Beacon. Activating this will spawn a large amount of Scorn around you, as well as an Unstoppable Abomination at the 50% mark and the 99% mark of the objective bar. The Abominations are incredibly hardy, so it is recommended to stun them first, then hit them hard and fast.

From the second Beacon, players can head back towards the Fallen base and follow the lights down a mineshaft. After coming out of the shaft, follow the path to the left into the teleporter, which will take the players to the final Beacon.

* Destroy the Scorn Scrapwalker: This fight has no special mechanics, players need to simply defeat the tank. To do so, players should damage the legs, which will reveal the tanks waek point. During the battle, Scorn ads will spawn, some of which have Stasis weapons. Once players have defeated the tank, the remaining ads will disappear. At the back of the room players can summon a portal to rescue the Techeun. Players will gain the True Sight ability, allowing chests and platforms to spawn in the Shattered Realm.

Legend Difficulty
Each mission has a Legend mode, which significantly increases the difficulty of each defense phase, but will increase the drop rate of seasonal gear and rewards. It is recommended that players bring weapons that can break shields to make combat easier.

Astral Alignment is a seasonal activity added in Season of the Lost. Players in teams of six will face off against waves of Taken and Scorn that have corrupted the Beacons of the Dreaming City.

Objectives
* Charge the Compass
* Crush the Intruders
* Collapse the Taken Rifts
* Installing Batteries
* Prevent the Ether Harvest
* Defeat Kholks, taken of Xivu Arath

Strategy
Players begin by defending the Oracle Engine from spawning waves of Scorn. Simply defeat enemies that spawn in here and interact with the pedestal to proceed. Be careful as some of the enemies here deal Stasis damage.

After interacting with the pedestal, players will be taken to one of three random encounters:

Collapse the Taken Rifts
Players are transported to Pallas where Rifts will spawn on each of the Awoken plates. Each rift will spawn several Taken that need to be defeated. After all the enemies that initially spawned are defeated, Taken Captains named Eye of Xivu Arath will spawn. Defeat the captain to spawn a Taken Essence, turning your weapon will change to a Taken projectile. Moving towards the Taken rift will cause it to be purged. Repeat this until all the rifts have been purged to move forward. Ocassionally enemies will spawn in the center of the arena, take them out to continue the fight.

Install the Batteries
Players will be taken to Vesta where they will need to install batteries in the Beacon. On the other side of the area is a device guarded by Taken. Players need to destroy the device, which will drop batteries. Players will need to escort these to the plates around the Beacon to proceed.

While players are carrying the batteries, they will become Encumbered and have fifteen seconds to transport the battery. After the fifteen seconds players will drop the battery and become Exhausted and unable to pick the battery up again for ten seconds. While players are carrying the batteries, Knights will patrol the area with Stasis Canons. These Knights are invulnerable and can not be killed, however a fourth player can stand near the batteries, granting them the Suppressor buff, allowing them to attack and stun the Lost Knights, temporarily stopping them from attacking.

After three of the batteries have been installed, the Knights become vulnerable to attack and
need to be defeated to make the second device holding more batteries vulnerable. Players can use their Super here to quickly eliminate the Lost Knights. Once players can destroy the second device, the steps repeat. Once all the batteries are installed, players will be teleported to the Oracle Engine.

Prevent the Ether Harvest
Players will be taken to Ceres, where they will need to prevent Ether orbs that spawn around the arena from collecting in the Servitors. Scorn ads will spawn continuously around the arena, as well as blue Ether orbs that wil slowly float towards the servitors. These orbs spawn in large groups, but players will still need to be aware and look for them. Once players shoot enough of the orbs, they will be teleported back to the Oracle Engine.

It should be noted there is a game-breaking bug where the area only spawns a set number of Ether orbs, and can run out. Orbs can also spawn within the ground and be inaccessible. If this happens, the event won't end, leaving players perpetually in the fight. Players will have to restart the event if this happens.

Players will complete two of these three fights at random, then will be taken to an arena to fight one of two bosses, who rotate each week. The bosses both work similarly, with three phases separated by a "shield" phase.

Defeat Kholks, Taken of Xivu Arath
This boss will spawn once players are taken back to the Oracle Engine. Kholks will battle against the players with a few mobs spawning around the arena. Once the boss reaches about 75% health, it will become invulnerable and Taken Blights will spawn around the arena. Destroy these to spawn a Taken captain who will drop a Taken Essence when defeated. Pick this up and use the Taken weapon to break Kholks' shield, then continue to attack the boss. Repeat this until the boss is defeated.

Defeat Kruutiks, Reefbane
This boss will spawn once the players are taken back to the Oracle Engine. The boss will periodically spawn clones around the arena that will fire at players from a distance. While they can be defeated with a single hit, they deal full damage if they hit players, so be aware where they spawn.

At roughly 75% health, the boss will become invulnerable and become Ether, moving to another part of the map. At this point, the clones will spawn along with Ether orbs. Players need to destroy the orbs to keep them from reaching the boss, as they heal a small percentage of Kruutiks' health. Defeat the clones until the real boss is found, then destory the orbs and the boss will become vulnerable to attack again. Repeat until the boss is defeated.

Legend Difficulty
While the fights remain roughly the same, The difficulty of each fight increases dramatically with different modifiers to each fight and have a higher Power requirement. Players have a much higher chance for the boss to drop the Ager's Scepter catalyst, as well as other seasonal gear, however the gear doesn't havehigher stats or additional perks from the normal mode. It should be noted that Legend difficulty has no matchmaking, so players need to build pre-formed parties before attempting a run.
